Superimide® SC-610 is a polyimide composite designed for applications requiring maximum service temperature coupled with superior thermal oxidative stability (TOS).  SC-610 is used for jet engine variable stator vane (VSV) bushings and washers and in other applications at temperatures exceeding 700°F (371°C) where current materials fall short in performance.  SC-610 is an excellent alternative to metals, ceramics and other incumbent materials in high temperature environments.
